AMELIA SIMMONS’ RECIPE FOR “POMPKIN” PIE “NO.2”

1. 1 quart milk
2. 1 pint pomkin
3. 4 eggs
4. molasses
5. allspice
6. ginger
7. Bake in a “tart paste” or crust
of flour for 1 hour.
