PUMPKIN BREAD
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup raisons
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix above in a large bowl; make a well in the mixture. Pour in together:
1 cup cooking oil, one 14 1/2 oz. can pumpkin, 2/3 cup cold water. Blend well with beater. Add 4 whole eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour batter into 4 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Preheat oven. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
